Celebrating her 47th birthday in style yesterday, Meg Ryan was spotted out and about with a few gal pals, grabbing some food and opening gifts.

The “When Harry Met Sally” babe laughed and joked with fellow actresses Laura Dern and Daphne Zuniga, as well as her manager and another friend at Gjelina Restaurant in Venice, California.

Getting ready to take yet another trip together, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted preparing to board a flight at LAX International Airport yesterday (November 19).

The peroxide pair looked to be in good spirits, with Spencer sporting a sharp blue button-up shirt while Heidi wore a cream-colored duster sweater with slim fit jeans.

It seems that ‘needy’ is the word of choice that is being passed around Tinseltown these days when it comes to labelling the single gals. Jennifer Aniston has been pegged as needy, and now Kate Hudson is as well. And this is the sweeping explanation that the rumor mongers are providing in terms of the why’s behind mega breakups or over extended single time. Kate Hudson herself says she has the tendency to be a little clingy and has self-admitted to going through self-obsessive stages when it comes to mastering a potential conquest in the dating game. In fact, she’s even admitted to following a few of them as well. But she will be the first to say that she doesn’t like the clingy, needy, always need to call you type and so let this be a lesson learned to any potential Kate dates. Perhaps A-Rod may want to learn a lesson or two there if he is considering things with Kate like the world says that he is. Or actually, it is Kate trying to latch onto him, so I guess Kate has no desires to BFF with Madonna any time soon. But Kate sure does love to flirt, and at a recent event in Miami over the weekend, she happened to share a room full of oxygen with Alex Rodriguez from the New York Yankees. She was spotted wrapping her arms around him at one point and any time that he would lean over to talk to someone else, she would pull him back towards her. But maybe A-Rod likes the needy type, as he didn’t seem to mind, and most reports indicate that he enjoyed laughing and giggling and being just as flirty with her all night long. Hm well, I guess not many men would resist Kate Hudson, even if she were acting a little desperado, just goes to show that celebs really can get away with much more than us lowly folks can. Maybe this will go somewhere, but I highly doubt it. We all know that Madonna is one of those ‘hell hath no fury’ types and I can not see this sitting well with her, despite the fact that nothing *official* has been released on the Madonna/A-Rod thing. Taking in a late-night dinner, Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman were spotted making their way home from Osteria Mozza.

The “Ain’t No Other Man” singer and her hubby both looked a bit annoyed as they strolled down the street, with the paparazzi following them all the way.

As we mentioned last month, father of the year, Michael Lohan, has organized a boxing match/publicity stunt, which he said the money would go to charity.

Lohan had found a competitor in Robert Venero, president and CEO of Future Tech Enterprise, who paid $30,000 to box against Lohan. But, in true Lohan fashion, the boxing event that was scheduled for this Monday has been cancelled. Though, this time, it's due to his parole officer supposedly not allowing him.

Heather Groll, a rep for the New York State Division of Parole, said "Mr. Lohan was convicted of assault, which is a violent crime, and is currently under parole supervision until February of 2009. We do not feel that participating in a violent activity, such as celebrity boxing, whether it is for charity or not, is appropriate for his rehabilitation. It is inappropriate for a person on parole to engage in the same type of behavior that landed him in prison in the first place."

Are they S-L-O-W???

The boxing match has been in talks for months and confirmed publicly for weeks. Why would they wait until now to ban him?

As for Lohan, he again is talking to the press and says he understands the decision but is "very disappointed." He added, "I've been on parole for almost two years now, and being that everything has gone so well, I didn't want to cross the line in any way with them."

But, according to Lohan, he says the boxing match is still on. Just delayed. It will now take place in March, after his parole ends. And who's next on Lohan's hit list? Looks like he wants to fight the brother Lindsay's gal pal, SaMAN Ronson.

Turns out that Mark Ronson called daddy Lohan a "sad, pathetic loser" after daddy mocked saMAN's fashion and hygiene.

Lohan says, "After the comments and threats that Mark Ronson made recently, maybe he wants to fight me for charity. I'm definitely willing to step in the ring for three rounds with Mark Ronson."

Forget Mark. He should totally fight saMAN!

I fell in love with Wall-E even before the movie came to theaters. The previews for the movie showed me that this was one lovable little robot and I was right. I think I have seen the movie 3 times in the theater and now twice on DVD. Yeah, I’m a big fan of this movie!

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment released Wall-E on DVD November 18th. I received the 3-Disc Special Edition Copy and I love it! All 3 discs are chock full of exciting stuff, it is just amazing. I haven’t even had a chance to take it all in yet.

Disc 1 has Burn-E, which is a hilarious all new animated short. Really,you’re going to love it. It also has another short film entitled Presto, deleted scenes a tour of space with Wall-E and several other great features.

Disc 2 has the Pixar Story. Have you even wondered how and when Pixar started. They really have revolutionized the movie experience. You will also get more deleted scenes, a ‘Making of’ feauturette, an entertaining look in the Buy n Large corporation.

Disc 3 is your very own digital copy! You can watch Wall-E on the go anytime you want. Awesome huh?

This is one of the best put together DVD’s I have ever laid eyes on. It is so full of features to keep you busy for days. The Wall-E 3-Disc Special Edition DVD would make a great stocking stuffer for your little (or big) Wall-E fan.
